Alena Flores is a laboratory Andrologist at Austin Fertility & Reproductive Medicine/Westlake IVF and joined the team in July 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University in 2022 along with a certificate in Biomedical Research and Development. Alena also graduated as a University Honors Fellow and an Undergraduate Research scholar. Her main areas of work include semen analysis, sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, and sperm DNA Fragmentation Index testing.
